Upholstery colors and woods in the customer's own combinations are ordered directly from Norway in the style of their choice. These orders are special order in any color as part of a new US Fast Track Program. We ask that customers please allow 6-8 weeks for these products. Customers receive an email confirmation of their order with the options they selected. We will then contact a carrier to pick-up our customer's product and ship it to them. Once shipped to the customer's address, we then email our customer or update the tracking information through our website for their order status.
