Expected Delivery Time of Copeland Products: Copeland Furniture is made to order and manufactured in Bradford, Vermont USA. When a customer's order is received it will be processed with the manufacturer and made to order in the options selected. Customers receive an email confirmation of their order with the options they selected. Their order will then be packaged by the manufacturer and shipped to our store's warehouse. We will then contact a carrier to pickup our customer's product and ship it to them. Once shipped to the customer's address, we then email our customer or update the tracking information through our website for their order status. Copeland Furniture is typically delivered within 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed. About Standard Delivery Truckline Shipments: Copeland Furniture products are shipped with a standard curbside delivery truckline carrier. This furniture is shipped in multiple boxes for easier handling. Our shipping department will often reinforce the packaging with additional packaging materials to ensure safer handling by the carrier. This type of delivery will require someone to be home to sign for and receive the delivery from a semi. If the person placing the order is physically unable to do so, they should schedule the day of delivery for a day when someone can be with them to help receive their shipment. Tracking information is provided once shipped and you'll be able to call to schedule your delivery for a specific day. Standard curbside delivery is a service we provide at no additional cost. However other optional services may be available for a nominal added fee such as inside first threshold delivery to the door. About White Glove Shipments: Copeland Furniture can be shipped with a "White Glove Delivery Service" which is optional for an additional cost. Experienced furniture professionals will handle your bedroom furniture carefully and confidently and will bring the boxes into the correct room up a maxiumum of one flight of stairs. The delivery service will call you and make arrangements for a specific day and time (often within a 2-4 hour window) for delivery of your furniture. Please Note: Liability issues and time required prevent us from offering assembly of beds or ready-to-assemble products. All products however will be inspected and placed in the room of your choice. Casegoods such as: Nightstands, Chests, Dressers and Armoires are delivered fully assembled.

Product Warranty: Copeland Furniture as well as Frank Lloyd Wright Furniture manufactured under license by Copeland are covered by a manufacturers' lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the initial purchaser for the life of the product against any manufacturer defects in the the furniture. The warranty does not cover mis-use or neglect that is not a result of a manufacturers' defect.
