Stressless Leather Care - 250 ml:
The Stressless Leather Care Kit contains two products designed especially to assist you in keeping the leather of Stressless armchairs and sofas in good condition: a Stressless Leather cleaner, Stressless Leather conditioner, sponge and cloth. Stressless Leather cleaner is a mild, water-based cleaner that can be used on pure aniline and pigmented leathers. It will remove soil as well as most water-based stains.

About FedEx/UPS Shipments: Ekornes Stressless products that can be shipped FedEx/UPS will be sent out in the manufactures packaging. Once shipped we provide our customers with the FedEx tracking number so they can track the shipment of their product. Typically drivers will simply leave these packages at a central location they normally deliver to when the customer receives FedEx/UPS shipments as it is often the same driver delivering to them on the driver's daily route. However a customer normally receives this type of shipment is what to expect. Customer feedback on deliveries over the years has been that generally boxes are not carried inside but delivered to the front door or to a central location such as an apartment complex office or other central location. If UPS/FedEx don't leave packages for the customer and instead require a signature on deliveries in their area, the individual may be required to call FedEx/UPS to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up their product from their local terminal. Customers who have issues with FedEx or UPS deliveries should contact us so that we can work out other arrangements if possible.

Ekornes Stressless Warranty: Ten year gaurantee on internal mechanisms Ekornes guarantees the internal mechanism of their recliners for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase of the product. The 10 year guarantee covers the Plus TM system and the internal metal frame, including the metal springs and gliding system. It does not cover damage to leather or woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as any faults or damage arising from any repairs made by any persons not authorised by the manufacturer. Five year gaurantee on wooden bases Ekornes guarantees the wooden laminated beech wood of their recliners and ottomans for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase of the product. The 5 year guarantee covers the wooden base as well as the swivel ring beneath on the chair itself. It does not cover damage to woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as any faults or damage arising from any repairs made by any persons not authorised by the manufacturer. One year gaurantee on upholstery Ekornes guarantees the leather and fabric upholstery of their recliners for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of the product. The 1 year gaurantee includes stitching as well as zippered assemblies. It does not cover damage to leather or fabric, discoloring or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, as well as any faults or damage arising from any repairs made by any persons not authorised by the manufacturer. The limited warranty offered by Ekornes is your sole and exclusive remedy and in lieu of all others, express or implied. In no event, will Ekornes® be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Ekornes product. This warranty only protects you when you purchase an Ekornes product from one of its authorized retailers. This warranty only applies when you have purchased Ekornes furniture for your own normal indoor use. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase.
